Robin M. Elmerick graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in Communications a minor in Cultural Anthropology. In college Robin was selected for a semester long emersion course through the Virginia B. Ball Center for Creative Inquiry. Since that time, while balancing a post grad career path centered around sales and marketing, she dedicated time to volunteer work and issues revolving around local and global social injustice. She first became acquainted with The Village Experience in 2010 after working with TVE to plan a trip to Uganda to visit a school she had been raising funds for.
