March 19 – Arrive to Entebbe. Transfer to Le Petit Village in Kampala. Welcome dinner in the evening. (D)
March 20/21 – Vehicle and guide at disposal to work with AMS. (B)
March 22 – Begin the drive to Kibale National Forest (6 hours) and check into Primate Lodge. Enjoy a relaxing evening. Dinner at lodge. (B,D)
March 23 – Chimp Experience in the morning! Today we go trekking to find families of playful chimpanzees living in the forest. Return to lodge for lunch and shower. Check out and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park (3 hours) enjoying views of the many crater lakes in the area. Check into Mweya Lodge for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
March 24 – Today we embark on a morning water safari on the Kazinga Channel while in search of Nile Crocodiles, Elephants, and Hippos. After lunch, check out and enjoy a game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park enroute to the famous Bwindi National Park. Be on the lookout for the well known tree-climbing lions of the area. Check into Mahogany Springs Lodge for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
March 25 – All day gorilla excursion in Bwindi. We will be assigned a guide and a gorilla family to trek. This will be an experience you will never forget as Bwindi is known to house over half of the mountain gorilla population in the world. All meals at the lodge. (B,L,D)
March 26 – Fly back to Entebbe in the afternoon. Day rooms will be available at Boma Guesthouse to shower and relax before catching international flights home. (B)
