Zohra is passionate about helping and encouraging people to unwind and alleviate tight, painful, and congested areas in their bodies. Drawing on her yoga training in styles from Iyengar, Anusara, and Forrest yoga, with her strong focus on anatomy, clinical chiropractic experience, and spinal rehabilitation make the benefits of yoga accessible to every student.
